  * Undo hack around buildd vs. cdbs

  Needs newest cdbs, to be able to use build docs in build-indep and
  still be buildd-friendly.
  
  This needs http://bugs.debian.org/205395 to be fixed, but the fix will be in
  the next cdbs upload, which hopefully happens before the next hs-plugins
  upload.
