Hi,

unfortunately I have to reject your package.

The license information in the file header of BEncode.hs and Parser.hs 
does not match the information in your debian/copyright.
The copyright holder in your LICENSE file does not match any other person 
mentioned anywhere. So there seems to be some room for improvement.
