Justification: fails to build from source

Builds of haskell-doctemplates failed on arm64, armel, mips, mips64,
mipsel, and s390x with the error

  doctemplates-test: unknown RTS option: -N

Could you please either limit the use of this option to the
architectures that support it or leave it off altogether?
