Bug#862232: hlint.1: incorrect path to the full documentation

The manual page says:

    The full documentation for HLint is available in /usr/share/doc/hlint/hlint.htm.

But this file does not exist:

    $ ls -l /usr/share/doc/hlint/hlint.htm*
    ls: cannot access '/usr/share/doc/hlint/hlint.htm*': No such file or directory

Instead the full documentation is in markdown format:

    $ dpkg -L hlint | grep -i readme
    /usr/share/doc/hlint/README.md.gz
