I'd like to see lucene in main. That means the ability to
compile and run with free software only, such as the SableVM

Hi Barry,

According to tests of Wolfgang Baer, it seems this bug is closed by new
upstream. Can you test it yourself and re-open the bug if it's not
resolved?
