Dear Maintainer,

A debdiff for updating libjoda-time-java from 2.7 to 2.8.2 is attached.

In Ubuntu, the attached patch was applied to achieve the following:

  - 2 JRuby mspec tests for timezone do not fail any longer



  * New upstream release. (LP: #1491530, Closes: #797842)
  * Refresh patches.
