Hi Sean (or other FTP Team members),

Following up on my previous note below. Upstream decided to remove one of
the source files (NotNull.java) in addition to the licensing clarifications
they previously provided. In light of that, I have updated the package
waiting in NEW. [3] As always, please let me know if you have any questions
or concerns!!
