Hi,

during a test with piuparts I noticed your package failed to install
because it tries to overwrite other packages files without declaring a
Breaks+Replaces relation.

If jruby-openssl is obsolete, please RM it and add to jruby

and probably also a (versioned) Provides: jruby-openssl
