Thank you in advance for suggestions on how to get the auto-builders to
build 2.4.21-4.  The package builds successfully against 2.4.21-2.  Do I
need to request manual removal of 2.4.21-3 from the archive, or is there
another way to introduce a binary build of 2.4.21-4 to unstable?
