Dear Prospective Debian Bazel contributor,

This package needs to be updated for the Bazel 5.x release. This *should* be
a fairly straightforward process. If you are interested, please send an email
to our mailing list [1] where we will be happy to help you with any questions.

to contribute to on our Bazel 5 Upgrade Tracker [3].
