Hi Pierre,

I have successfully built the package even with disabled network. Thus I 
cannot reproduce the FTBFS in any setup I can think of. As a result I am 
lowering issue's severity. Feel free to bump it back, but please supply 
some additional environment details to help me reproduce it.

It may as well be that the failure is nondeterministic (signal race).
