apt install netbeans will do nothing. The binary package has been removed from
Debian. The Netbeans source package has always produced libnb-absolutelayout-
java. There is no inconsistency. You either don't understand the difference
between a source and a binary package or you are deliberately annoying. In any
case I won't reply to this bug report anymore.
