I relocated `jcommander` from version `1.x` to `debian`, but
unfortunately Gradle does not recognize Maven artifact
relocations.<br>

To fix this, simply remove the line about `jcommander` in
`debian/maven.rules`.<br></code></div></blockquote><div> </div><div>it is not defined in debian/maven.rules, only testng.
