Version: 2.12.21+ds3-1

Since 2.12.21+ds3-1 the jars carry the Scala series in their names
(scala-library-2.12.jar and so on) and the commands too (scalac-2.12).
scala-2.13 and scala3 follow the same scheme, so the three series install
side by side and /usr/bin/scala is chosen with update-alternatives.
