[Pkg-javascript-devel] [RFS] -- node-boom

Hi, I have enabled conditional autopkgtest as instructed, I removed 
irrelevant debian/tests/pkg-js/files as its absence makes no difference, 
I also ensured that all builds are successful.
Kindly check if module is fit for sponsorship. Thanks.
