I think many of are already trying to reduce the number of packages, but for existing queue, I think the feasible option is only more volunteers in ftp team (redoing the work of reducing packages is extra work I think).</span></div><div><span style="white-space: pre-wrap;"><br></span></div><div><span style="white-space: pre-wrap;">A radical option could be to bundle all modules per main package and ask them to reject the individual packages.</span></div></div>
