node-vue-hot-reload-api from version 2.3.1 to 2.3.4. The

<p>Please make the following changes(minor nitpicks):<br>

1. Please annotate node-vue and jest with <!nocheck> since
they are test-only<br>
2. Remove nodejs from "Depends"<br>
3. There is a commit message called "fix"[1] - it should be
squashed properly for a clean git history<br>
4. There is a spelling mistake here in the changelog[2]<br>
