You set a fake debian/tests/pkg-js/test that make autopkgtest succeed
without marking it as superficial but test is just "test -f
package.json" !!!

pkg-js-autopkgtest understand packages without debian/tests/pkg-js/test
and returns 77 which mark autopkgtest succeed as "superficial"
