[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#426951: debian/copyright does not match COPYING-DOCS

COPYING-DOCS specifies that license is GFDL 1.2, while debian/copyright claims 
that license is GFDL 1.1.

We have changed this in Ubuntu package, but would make sense to resolve this 
issue also in Debian package.
