[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#723002: kaffeine: Does not find TV tuner card

Dear Maintainer,

   * What led up to the situation?
     Tried to watch TV
   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?
     kaffeine&
   * What was the outcome of this action?
     kaffeine wont detect tuner card
   * What outcome did you expect instead?
     Watching TV

kaffeine in Debian/testing does not detect my TV tuner card. It works fine with
me-tv thou.

I use an 'ASUS My Cinema-U3100Mini Plus V2' USB TV tuner card.

Attached to this bugreport a OGG Vorbis screencast which is showing the error.
