You should ask ftp masters for removal of the networkmanagement source
package. The binary package will then be cleaned out by the automatic
cruft removal.

It still is a two-digit number in popcorn. All these users won't be able
to update, until they remove by hand the -dbg package. This makes it in
my opinion worhwhile to provide a transitional package also for the -dbg
package.
