Subject: libkquickimageeditor1: should be built with OpenCV

Package: libkquickimageeditor1
Version: 0.6.1-1
Severity: normal

Explanation from a KDE dev (https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=3D519107#c=
8 ):
=E2=80=9CKQuickImageEditor falls back to a different implementation of stac=
k blur when
not built with OpenCV and that one seems to be bugged.
You should send a bug report to Debian about KQuickImageEditor not being bu=
ilt
with OpenCV (it has a much faster stack blur).=E2=80=9D

The issue it would solve is a regression in KDE Spectacle=E2=80=99s drawing=
 tools: when
you want to draw a line/arrow/text/=E2=80=A6 on a screenshot, the shadow op=
tion is
broken and draws a black rectangle instead.
