Splitting the packages mailing list?

[Lisandro Damián Nicanor Pérez Meyer]

For now months keeping myself up to date with qt bugs has been really a
problem due to the amount of kde bugs in the same mailing list.

I think it would be sane to have another mailing list set up in order to
use it for qt packaging.

What do you think?
