Note they are not the same: even excluding the commercial part (i.e.
the first half in both)
- GPL-3-Qt is GPL-3+ or as approved by KDE Free Qt
- GPL-3-Qt-v2 is GPL-3 "with exceptions"

The blurb is short simply because it does not exist in any of the
upstream files; also I chose a slightly more liberal license, in case
qtdatavis3d is relicensed to LGPL-3.
