Debian + KDbg: Ready-made package resurrection — can you take over?

Dear Qt/KDE and KDE Extras teams,

KDbg is a nice graphical debugger frontend that was deleted from Debian
when it was Qt4-only but would have needed to support Qt5; KDbg was at
version 2.5.5-3 back then. Now it is at version 3.1.0 and using Qt5,
and most other major distros offer a 3.x.x package for it (see
https://repology.org/project/kdbg/badges). I have collected all fixes
needed to resurrect the old Debian packaging, it doesn't take much. The
full story with details is at:

   https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1055797

I am looking for someone from inside Debian who sees value in this
low-cost resurrection of the package, and would like to fully take over
from here. Anyone please please? :)

Best
