[Pkg-libvirt-discuss] Updating libvirt to 5.2.0

Hi everyone,

libvirt 5.2.0 is scheduled to be released early next week[1].

It seems that Guido is usually the one who takes care of updating
the package when a new release comes out; however, since I've been
meaning to get more involved in libvirt packaging for Debian, I
thought I'd offer to give it a shot this time around.

Before I spend time on it, though, I'd like to make sure there is
not going to be any duplication of efforts, hence this message :)

Does that sound good?
