[pkg-lxc-devel] Bug#831850: All templates are passwordless

Hi,
A quick line to note that all templates are now root passwordless. I
updated wiki to mention that.

Looks like I forgot the link to upstream/salsa to wiki but its easy
enough to find when you know the version.

Wiki suggests the same method as README.Debian.
