[pkg-lxc-devel] bumping the epoch would look a lot better than the "really" suffix

Hi folks,

Thanks for working on LXC.

I just noticed your current version string (1:3.1.0+really3.0.3-4) and
took a moment to try and parse it. But I had to read elsewhere
(changelog) to really understand what is going on here.

You're already stuck with an epoch, why not bump it to fix this problem?
3:3.0.3-1 is a *lot* clearer.
