In lynx 2.8.9dev11, the Debian word does not appear as a link at all, actually the link is not reachable at all! This is really not usable at all, see for instance http://rue89bordeaux.com/ or https://2017.rmll.info/ which do not contain any link... Anyways, there seem to be less links than expected. But at least pressing Ctrl-V as suggested on https://lists.nongnu.org/archive/html/lynx-dev/2016-05/msg00006.html seems to unhide the remaining ones.
