Indeed, we would prefer to go with python3 packages only. Unfortunately,
parts of mailman3 are not ported to pytohn3 yet, so for the time being
we still need the python2 mailmanclient library. It's particularly
needed by postorius and hyperkitty.

Mailman3 developers are working on porting the remaining parts of
mailman3 to python3. See e.g.

Well spotted. Thanks again. Fixed in mailmanclient 3.1.1-2, which just
got uploaded and should be in NEW by now.
