I looked at mailman.git[1] to debug a problem I have with mailman and
noticed that in commit edea5c2c8b9ac4d3616ed640a70d511ace26c6e5 you
added "92_reproducible_build.patch" to debian/patches/series, but this
file wasn't added. Obviously this makes the package FTBFS.
