<p>I have check all dependencies of matrix-synapse package.</p>

<p>All packages come from Debian Bullseye Backports and Main or Security (no Tiers).</p>

<p>The problem came from upgrade matrix-synapse at 1.61.0-1~bpo11+3 version to 1.63.0-1~bpo11+1 version.</p>

<p>As follow /var/log/apt/history.log<br />Upgrade: matrix-synapse:amd64 (1.61.0-1~bpo11+3, 1.63.0-1~bpo11+1)</p>
