This file was not created by MPD, so I'm not sure if the MPD package
is the right place to delete it.  Deleting ".config" seems so
arbitrary - and, additionally, ".config" isn't even the right place
for runtime data.  Whoever put it there should be changed to store it
in /run, where it will be cleaned up automatically.
