Just because others are doing it just as wrong doesn't prove libpulse
correct.  If you delete those files during purge, you're sidestepping
the problem instead of fixing it.

Cache file, forgot to set CacheDirectory or didn't obey
$XDG_CACHE_DIRECTORY.  Either way it's a bug that can be fixed easily.

Belongs in $XDG_RUNTIME_DIR, not in $XDG_CONFIG_HOME.  Can be fixed
easily.

What the .... is ~/.dbus?  Looks like runtime files that belong in
$XDG_RUNTIME_DIR, not in $HOME.
