I have run the diff only over the headers that get installed in 
/usr/include.

BTW, I still don't understand why they install lqt_codecapi.h that 
includes qtprivate.h, which in turn does not get installed by default...

IFIUC for the upload to experimental you suggest to stay with the 
SONAME but bump shlibs?
