Personally, I don't think that each package's debian/watch file should 
point to the uscan documentation. That's simply not its purpose; I 
mean, e.g we do not point to Debian policy from within each 
debian/control file either.

I don't find these comments annoying, but I believe they should be 
discussed shortly and a resolution be found for the specific issue 
(just as in this case, maybe).
