nothing. it was trivial.

there is nothing Debian specific in the fix.
as a matter of fact, the fix is virtually identical from what i expect
upstream to do.

however, all of those packages have a debian FTBFS bugreport for some
months now, which nobody cared about.

with my maintainer hat on, i'd say that i don't know whether upstream
cares about fixing the issue, since the template Makefile has been
updated for a while but the upstream package Makefiles have not.
upstream probably has more urgent things to do than fixing kFreeBSD
builds (which virtually only appear on some exotic Debian platforms)

therefore, i prefer bugs to be fixed now rather than relying on upstream.
