Bug#747836: RM: clam-chordata, toonloop -- ROM; RC-buggy, unmaintained

Please remove clam-chordata and toonloop from unstable. Both packages
are RC-buggy for some time now:

clam-chordata: #701258, #720691
toonloop: #701367 and no longer installable since mencoder got removed

Also, nobody from the team seems to care anymore about these two
packages (no response to [1] and [2]).
