As discussed on #debian-release yesterday with Julien Cristau and Emilio Pozuelo
Monfort and after getting some feedback in #debian-multimedia, I've prepared a
version of vlc with the freerdp plugin disabled. freerdp is currently broken
and unable to migrate since early August. Unfortunately, uploads fixing RC bugs
have introduced other RC bugs and now freerdp needs porting work for big endian
architectures. Since vlc has a dependency on the sid version of freerdp, this is
blocking vlc from migrating and thus from finishing the libvlccore and libav
transitions.

Once freerdp is fixed, this commit can be reverted.
