Hello Bálint,

I'm not sure if an ITP makes sense here - it's an replacement for the 
old xbmc-pvr-addons package which was split into multiple packages by 
upstream. So it's not exactly something completely new.
(And I didn't create an ITP for kodi-pvr-vdr-vnsi either.)
