The galera-4 upgrade job failed, but I'd expect that to succeed once the 
mariadb-server-10.5 change is in as well.

BTW, the following apt option might be helpful for debugging upgrade 
issues in your CI jobs:

   Debug::pkgProblemResolver "true";
