[debian-mysql] Bug#1053333: Extend Galera autopkgtests to run actual tests, and not be superficial

Currently the Debian CI system runs superficial tests and thus the
Debian CI system shows 'neutral' for Galera. Lintian also nags about
'superficial-tests'.

Implementing a new tests 'upstream' to be along the existing 'smoke'
could be not-superficial and solve this issue, and offer better
confidence in Galera showing correct status in Debian CI.
