[debian-mysql] Can mariadb-client go into bookworm-backports?

Hi there,

Got bitten by a bug at work today where mariadb-client v10.11.4 mangles
dumps sometimes when connecting to a mysql 8 server.

Found this out testing backups - against an AWS Mysql v8 instance, I
could make clean dumps on my x86 bookworm workstation, but on two of
our bookworm ARM VMs in AWS we were getting corrupt dumps. I then
pinned the mariadb-client from trixie (currently v10.11.6), and the
dumps were clean again.

https://jira.mariadb.org/browse/MDEV-31836 appears to be the relevant
mariadb ticket, though it doesn't mention architecture. This is
referenced in debian bug 1055073
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1055073

Feels like the kind of update that should be in Stable backports, but
I'm not sure what the Debian policy is for this kind of thing or where
to request it.

Thanks

Paul
