I don't know how to test Numa support/use, so I'll assume it just
works unless somebody reports otherwise.

<p>Looking in the build logs, I see the following message:</p>
<pre>-- WITH_NUMA=OFF: NUMA memory allocation policy disabled
</pre>
<p>The resulting binary packages are also not depending against
libnuma.</p>
<p>I would add a WITH_NUMA=auto configure options in debian/rules</p>
