Since I'm stepping on toes, I'll stop contributing to the plugin
packages which seem to still have some active maintainers. I actively
dislike gbp-dch, and don't use it for any other packages I help
maintain, so I'm very unlike to get used to using it for these packages.

I'm mostly contributing to this team to keep packages I use (or plan to
use) personally and/or at work in reasonable shape so they don't get
removed from the next stable release.

Instead of me doing this, I very much prefer others who are more
committed to those packages to do that work, but they haven't surfaced
so far.
