[Pkg-nagios-devel] Bug#1050860: icingaweb2: No translation for icingaweb2 base system

Dear Maintainer,

after upgrading from bullseye to bookworm the translations are not working anymore. Locales are set up correctly and for different modules like x509, translation is correct. 

After a few tests considered on the web when translation is not working I recognized, that /usr/share/icingaweb2/application/locale is missing in my installation. I copied the directory from current git master branch to /usr/share/icingaweb2/application/locale without success.
