[Pkg-net-snmp-devel] Add PID file to snmpd

Hello again,

I donload the https://salsa.debian.org/debian/net-snmp/blob/master/debian/snmpd.service
to /etc/systemd/system/snmpd.service, then "chmod 755
/etc/systemd/system/snmpd.service".

But still there is no PID file:

# /etc/init.d/snmpd restart
[ ok ] Restarting snmpd (via systemctl): snmpd.service.

There is no file in /run/snmpd.pid
