Here's a summary of what I've done.

libnetfilter-conntrack

  There is already a pkg-netfilter-team repo for this library.  I've
  forked it, updated the packaging, added a -doc package for the HTML
  API doc's and fixed #933798.

libnetfilter-cthelper

  There is no pkg-netfilter-team repo for this library.  The current
  repo is https://github.com/formorer/pkg-libnetfilter-cthelper.  I've
  created a Salsa repo from it with the NF team as the maintainer,
  updated the packaging and added a -doc package for the HTML API doc's.

libnetfilter-cttimeout

  There is no pkg-netfilter-team repo for this library.  The current
  repo is https://github.com/formorer/pkg-libnetfilter-cttimeout.  I've

  updated the packaging and added a -doc package for the HTML API doc's.

libnetfilter-log

  There is no pkg-netfilter-team repo for this library, and there is no
  VCS listed in the package either.  I've created a Salsa repo with the
  NF team as the maintainer, populated by importing all the DSC's from
  snapshot.debian.org, updated the packaging and added a -doc package
  for the HTML API doc's.

libnetfilter-queue

  There is already a pkg-netfilter-team repo for this library.  I've
  forked it, imported the latest upstream version, updated the packaging
  and created a -doc package for the man-pages and HTML API doc's to fix
