That one is seriously broken and mustn't be there. Delete it and it
should solve your problem.

diversions are correct, this is the original libGL.so.1.2.0

Where does this come from?

That one is not from the packaging,

So you installed the driver from the .run in the past and it didn't
clean up properly. Maybe my nvidia-installer-cleanup package must be
updated.
