CUDA 8.0 uploaded to unstable

I have binMUed hwloc-contrib and starpu-contrib.
I have uploaded eztrace-contrib corresponding to the latest eztrace
version.

I however don't have access to a ppc64el machine with non-free enabled,
so can't make the binMUs for it.
